BOSTON — Actress Lori Loughlin, her designer husband Mossimo Giannulli and different outstanding mother and father are pleading not guilty in the school admissions bribery rip-off.
Loughlin, a Hauppauge native, and Giannulli stated in courtroom documents filed Monday they are waiving their proper to seem in courtroom for an arraignment and plead not guilty.
The couple and greater than a dozen other mother and father have been indicted final week on costs of mail fraud and money laundering conspiracy.
Loughlin and Giannulli are charged with paying $500,000 in bribes to get their daughters admitted to the College of Southern California as crew recruits, although neither is a rower.
They haven’t publicly addressed the allegations towards them.
Several different indicted mother and father have additionally entered not guilty pleas.
Fellow actress Felicity Huffman and 12 different mother and father have agreed to plead responsible.
