ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (AP) — Jason Vosler, Josh Naylor, Matthew Batten and Chris Stewart recorded three hits every, as El Paso beat the Albuquerque Isotopes 11-5 on Friday.
Vosler homered and singled 3 times, scoring three runs while also driving in three. Naylor doubled and singled twice, driving in three runs.
El Paso began the scoring with an enormous second inning, when Boog Powell hit an RBI double after which scored on a three-run residence run by Vosler.
Following the large inning, the Isotopes minimize into the deficit in the third inning when Dom Nunez scored on a groundout and Brian Mundell hit a two-run house run.
The Chihuahuas later added five runs in the sixth and two within the seventh. In the sixth, Batten hit a two-run single, whereas Naylor hit a two-run single in the seventh.
El Paso starter Dietrich Enns (5-2) picked up the win despite allowing five runs and 6 hits over 5 2/three innings. Opposing starter Jeff Hoffman (three-3) took the loss within the Pacific Coast League recreation after a tough outing by which he allowed eight runs and 9 hits over 5 2/3 innings.
For the Isotopes, Mundell homered and singled 3 times, scoring a few runs while additionally driving house two.
